Return / Refund Policy

For non-food items, we will accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Only items in re-sellable condition may be returned, unless damaged or defective upon your receipt. For food items, we accept returns only in the event that you received a damaged or defective product. The product must be unopened, and no food items may be returned after a period of thirty days from your receipt of the item.

All returns must be accompanied by a note with your name, address, order number, and the reason for the return. Upon our receipt of the returned item, customers adhering to the guidelines of this policy will have their credit card refunded in an amount equal to the price of the returned item. If the returned item was damaged or defective when the customer received it, we will also refund 2x the shipping costs of that item, thereby covering the initial shipping charge and the expenses incurred in returning it.
