Paloma
The Paloma is the refreshing cocktail of choice in Mexico. You can make this easily and quickly with only a few ingredients. « back- 2 oz. - Tres Agaves Reposado
- ½ oz. - fresh-squeezed lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- 3 oz. - grapefruit soda
- Lime wedge for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
Fill a highball glass with ice and add 2 ounces Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila.
Mix in 3 ounces of grapefruit soda and 1/2 ounce lime juice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
*You can easily make your own grapefruit soda with fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice + soda water. In Mexico Squirt or Fresca are traditionally used as they are made with real cane sugar and grapefruit juice. Jarritos, Toronja or Ting are best in the U.S.
