This drink is similar to a Manhattan but with Añejo Tequila substituting for Bourbon. It’s not a far stretch as they both are heavily-oaked spirits originating from North America. « back- 2 oz. Tres Agaves Añejo
- 1 oz. Heering Cherry Liqueur
- 1 oz. Sweet vermouth
- 3 French maraschino cherries, for garnish
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Stir vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Skewer the cherries on a toothpick or sword for garnish.
