TO ENTER: Enter via online or regular mail. To enter via regular mail, entrants must complete an official entry form or legibly print their name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, and daytime telephone number and MAIL TO: TRES AGAVES Sweepstakes, 31103 Rancho Viejo Road, D2113, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. The Sweepstakes will begin on February 26th, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and end on December 31st, 2011 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Mail in entries must be postmarked by December 31st, 2011 and received by January 10th, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a travel package for TWO (2) to Guadalajara, Mexico to be taken on the dates of March 8-11, 2012. Travel package includes round-trip airfare from Phoenix, AZ, THREE (3) nights of double occupancy lodging, round-trip airport transfers, admission to various distilleries, hotel taxes and U.S., Mexican Departure Taxes and 9/11 Security Fees, and ground transportation, meals , and beverages as is customary on TRES AGAVES Distillery Tours. Grand Prize value not to exceed $3,000. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, activities, spa services, gift shop purchases, incidentals, telephone calls or other personal expenses, extra hotel fees or other hotel charges incurred. Each winner must be 21 years of age or older on the date of receipt of the entry form, and must complete and return a liability and publicity release affidavit. Winners will be determined in a random drawing by an independent organization whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified on or about January 17th, 2012 by e-mail, and or telephone and mail using the information provided on such winner’s entry and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within SEVEN (7) business days of initial notification or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at sponsor’s sole discretion.
