This is a decadent cocktail that feels both familiar and new at the same time and our favorite riff on the Margarita.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Tres Agaves Organic 100% de Agave Blanco Tequila
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz orgeat
1 egg white
Scant barspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to tin and shake for ten seconds without ice. Open tins, fill three quarters full of ice and shake again until tins frost. Strain into a couple ad garnish with a lime twist.
